Waialae Avenue has been reopened in both directions between 5th and 6th Avenue after a hit-and-run incident prompted road closures near McDonald’s Palolo, according to Honolulu Traffic Division.

No CCTV…blind spots means more crime scenes..whats sad is its an open Road way..where them witnesses when you need one
