Developing the TomTom Intelligent Vehicle Assistant: Leveraging Generative AI and Azure Cosmos DB
Session details
In this presentation, we will explore the architecture and development of the TomTom Intelligent Vehicle Assistant. This assistant integrates with vehicle infotainment and navigation systems to enable natural and meaningful voice interactions for drivers and passengers. This advanced voice assistant is powered by Generative AI using the Azure OpenAI API and AI techniques such as vector search, retrieval augmented generation, and tool use. Our architecture relies on Azure Cosmos DB, which stores customer interactions and enables continuous learning and personalization based on each driver's unique preferences. We will discuss the roles that various Azure services play in creating this voice assistant.
