I went hiking with some friends and I remember the weather and scenery was just extremely beautiful and then in the distance this song started playing on some guys Bluetooth speaker and I just remember feeling like I was on some cool adventure and shit and just really digging the song. Moments later I realized, holy shit if I don’t ask the name of this song I’ll never be able to hear it again so I quickly told a friend of mine “pls go ask that guy what song is playing.” And the guy was like “sure.” gave us the song and now that I found this song I can’t help but to remember the pretty mountains from my hike

I love the smooth change between the emotions in the chords. Starts off super catchy, but with hints if melancholy - made me think about stuff that happened long ago. Bringing us back about a minute in, the flow gives a sense of pàssive chill - everything is alright, and even if it isn't, so what? Half way in we get downright upbeat- it's a rainy day, but it's a damn beautiful one. This keeps on until about the last 45 seconds, during which you bring us down gently back to earth -grounding yourself after a meditation, or the cooldown after a run.

I've forwarded this to multiple friends because, quote, "it makes me feel ways about stuff and things and I want you to as well"
