Book 4 in the "trilogy of five" with a sixth book added by Eoin Colfer.

So Long, and Thanks for All the Fish is the fourth book of the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy "trilogy of six books" written by Douglas Adams. Its title is the message left by the dolphins when they departed Planet Earth just before it was demolished to make way for a hyperspace bypass, as described in The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. A song of the same name was featured in the 2005 film adaptation of The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.

I do not own the rights of any of this. Since the original audiobooks are unavailable to purchase online, this is the only alternative that exists. Arrr

Personal note:
I fell in love with these audiobooks after having watched the movie. The way the author reads is calming, passionate, and expressive. I listen to them before bed to ease myself into a nice sleep. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love the series! I've read each book at least 20 times in the last 25 years. And now as audiobooks. Douglas Adams is one oft the greatest authors of all times. Thank you for all the hours of great reading and laughter. RIP Marvin.
Mr. Adams was taken from us way too soon. He now travels through the Universe going anywhere and everywhere. Save me a seat at your table at the restaurant whe we can meet the meat together. GOD BLESS

Love you Douglas, your work brings happiness to tens of millions or more.

For the uploader, thank you, any narrator but Douglas just can't possibly be worth listening to.

For everyone else, there's only one author who has that special thing which Douglas had - that every single sentence is happy, flows perfectly from the last, and brings you in for the ride for hours. Terry Pratchett (also RIP) Discworld novels - there must be 40 of them - and I commend them to any of you, they're all online with audiobooks - try the ones by Nigel Planar or Steven Briggs.

Seriously, try them!

The conversation arthur had with russel is the single greatest piece of media ever written.

But only because of the context preceding it.

"The vogon- The yellow ships, vanished?"

It's how i feel these days.

Thanks for saving these recordings from total oblivion. Been savoring the book (very slowly, but surely!) and been looking for the recordings as the author mentions in the "Intro: A Guide to the guide"

...Arthur & Fenny, outlaws on earth, that didn't exist anymore, only on a probability axis... a romance depending on a lottery ticket, with a phone number on it... 💖

If you upload these as a tribute to
Douglas, which they are, they are less likely to be removed. 😉
