Celebration of Innovation 2022 | Urban Electric - Winner of Innovation of the Year

Business partners and the academic community joined us for a Celebration of Innovation and world-leading research at Essex.

Hosted by University of Essex’s Pro-Vice-Chancellor for Research, Professor Chris Greer, the event included presentations from leaders in business with a keynote from Unilever’s Global Head of Digital & Partnerships, Alberto Prado.

Our guests explored innovation and collaboration with like-minded business decision makers and enjoyed our Business Innovation Awards ceremony.

In addition to acknowledging the incredible achievements of our current industry partners, the evening concluded with the announcement of the inaugural winner of the University of Essex Innovation of the Year Award, highlighting an inspirational achievement by a leading business in our region.
