Beautiful pictures. music wonderfully apt.
altogether a marvelous portrait of a very beautiful province, And a great insight into its character. A small inset map showing the location of the sites may have been helpful. I wish you well in your future endeavors!

A very impressive collection of communities and towns, Derrick. Really nice flying and photography. A lot of travel. I appreciate your great work.

You’ll have to make another one with many places not seen here. Beautiful work.

Beautiful, but I couldn't help notice most of the communities around Fortune Bay, Hermitage and the south coast aren't included. May I ask why?

Worth watching from above; what's life like for the majority of Newfoundlanders who can only now dream of living in these scenic coastal villages?

I was the only American owned big game outfitter in Newfoundland for 9 years and owned an ocean front home in Parson's Pond. I sold both in 2008 and miss my many Newfie guides and friends. I still stay in touch with my head guide and friend Max Payne but we are both in our 80's now. Max's wife Daisy died and few years ago. She taught my wife Dianne how to make bread for our hunters. My hunt camp was on Cochrane Pond and our base camp for the helicopters was Peter Strides. The communist Canada government has treated Newfoundlander's like a red headed step child since 1949. The baby boomer generation of Newfoundland are dying off now and the world will be worse off in their absence.

Never done burgeo and the sandy beaches - typical more of the Avalon like everything done in nfld -
