How to Find and Tame a 2 Star Wolf in Valheim

You forgot the part where you get raided by wolves while waiting for them to tame, die and come back 😅

Forgot the most important part. You can't leave or it will despawn. Or did they patch that?

Been running in a huge mountain biome at night looking for the 2 star, 8 hours of doing this and going back to farming during the day....finally seen one and died instead of getting him to my pit :(

If the wolf eats you that many times, it shouldn't be able to eat any more meat when you tame it.

I’ve ran the mountains for at least 2-3 hours now and have only came across 1 Star wolves 😢 I’ve only ever seen a 2 star wolf a long time ago. So much pain

So once in the pit can they get out without digging a massive slope or staircase?

so... i heard on other guide that 2* wolfs despawn during the day & as such you have to stay close to 'em during the taming process (which takes 3 in-game nights), followed by making the 2* reproduce with another wolf of any stars... the offspring should *not* despawn durimg the day.

Were you able to do the whole thing without all the aforementioned limitations / work arounds¿

Kinda forgot a key part which is waiting near it for 3 days as it only gains taming process at night. Or that it will respawn if you move to far away. But yea, make it looks super simple. 😂
