Also U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics says, "Total nonfarm employment for the Detroit-Warren-Dearborn, MI, metropolitan area stood at 2, 082, 400 in June 2024 compared to 2, 075, 100 a year ago, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reported today. (See chart 1 and table 1.) Regional Commissioner Jason Palmer noted that the employment change over the year was not statistically significant. Nationally, employment rose 1.6 percent over the year. (All data in this release are not seasonally adjusted; accordingly, over-the-year analysis is used throughout.)" I could not find anything that says we lost jobs in the last 3 years.

OMG - Thes Q & A, starting 1:47:37, is the worst SS I've ever seen. If there is a lower level of questions than "softball", this fellow asked them. He must be a close and dear friend of Donnie from what was said at the end and his reverence. I did manage to supress my disgust and watch the entire thing but, as you'd expect, SOS about his family and similar trite information. NOTHING significant related to "the great business, government and social issues of the day" as promised by the DEC on their webpage. So much for false advertising. It was just another "sales pitch" by Huckster Don. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME.

Until people start living in the real word Detroit will always remain the same. Just Google the crime statistics by neighborhoods. Hard working people aren't suppose to live like that
