When I have a plan where the discontinuity is immediately after the originating airport, I get the NOT ALLOWED message when trying to CLR it.

I was hoping you will show a case when there's a discontinuity between the departure airport and first navpoint; in that case when you select it and click delete, the message says"not allowed'!?!?!?
