We see that the Weasleys other realtives are still fairly wealthy (I.e aunt Muriel) but because Arthur makes his love for muggles known he doesn’t advance at work, he’s supporting a family of 9 on an entry level salary, it’s also not a well payed position (looking out for muggles) because of the same prejudices.

Its not a curse. Its because arthur mother was disowned for marrying a blood traitor meaning they haven't inhertied any black family wealth. Molly parents even though putebloods are not in the line of the heirs of prewett meaning they dont have acesss to the family wealth either (just personal).

If that is true the why Malfoy said he hoped Weasley Sr is being paid good for working overtime conducting extra raids because of enchanted muggle artifacts?
I really don't know anyway why that world would even have any type of money when any of a witch or wizard could just conjure up what they need. Weasley family needed a house elf to conjure up food to eat and the mom and dad could have just made duplicates of school books they will need just copy them when they were new that way they wouldn't look like hand me down items and that includes school uniforms or robes or if they look faded like the ones Ron wears the mother could use a spell to make them new again with new clothing dye and everything. There are so many plot holes that the Potter story resembles swiss cheese. Like how to travel to Hogwarts on that train or the diagon alley just use a fire place to get to Hogwarts or anywhere for that matter. Also Weasley Sr is a bit of a hypocrite he does raids on muggle items that are bewitched but has a muggle car that is bewitched or enchanted whatever you want to call it.

But that logic doesn’t mean that Ginny marries out of the curse or Harry Mary’s into the curse.

The curse is not to make them poor, it's to make them bad with handling money. In the third book, they win the lottery and what do they do with it? Take the whole family on a trip to Egypt. Fred and Georges were only able to open their store in the sixth book because Harry footed the initial investment for it.
