Here's my prediction- Buck and Tommy get together. All of a sudden Eddie's feeling some type of way about it and he doesn't know why. Cue some soul searching and one season later we get Buddie.

Buckle up, it's going to be a most interesting ride.
Tommy's a sharp guy, he's figured out that Buck and Eddie have history, and Buck is emotionally heavily invested. It will be a challenge to "snatch" Buck for himself in a one-on-one relationship. Tommy knows it will always be a foursome, and a challenge since they all work together.
Never-the-less, Tommy is sounding the waters by checking out Eddie to see if they can all be friends should Tommy and Buck become an item. Afterall, if Buck and Eddie were going to be a couple, it would have happened by now.
