At a bar where I lived it was done with Peach Schnapps instead of the Creme de Cacao and was called "Monkeybrain", which imo is the more fitting name :D

I tried this at my parent's place this weekend but had to use butterscotch schnapps instead of cream de cacao, and they didn't have an eye dropper so I improvised very carefully with the cap off a Regan's orange bitters bottle. It turned out pretty good but I'm hoping to do it proper next weekend once I pick up some Bailey's.
