About the hi hats and how they're mapped, it's worth noting that the f# is usually a closed hi hat hit with a stick, whereas the g# is a hi hat being closed with the foot pedal. A subtle difference, maybe, but a useful distinction.

Quick tip for the drummers transitioning to finger drumming: use the midi transformer plugin to change your sustain pedal to be your kick! When you want to edit you just apply the transformer template to your midi part in the logical editor to convert sustain to midi notes ;)

10:30 that's the pattern I wld always play by accident, like I wld start out with the basic 2s and 4s but then when I wld try to do to much I wld revert back to snare snare snare lol

That was some tight finger drumming there my dude! When I first started drumming on my keys I wld always play a more rock style kit even tho I wanted to play hip hop, it's like I wld have to force myself to slow down and not hit the snare every beat lol!
