Great high end starter home! I can't find anything wrong with it except doesn't show where the water heater goes.

Where is the utility/laundry room? where does the water heater & HVAC go? Where would the vacuum cleaner be stored? Do private areas(bedrooms, bathroom) open into public areas?

Video Exterior does not match Interior (windows/size) thought FP too but then remembered this Plan FP is "electric"
