I'm 15 days into this challenge and loving it. I'm so grateful for this and I think it's wonderful that it's been up and posted for so long and such a gift to the world. I couldn't do the arm balances today but I did get crow this time so that was a first. Thank you for this 90 day challenge and all of your videos.

I did the side crow today! I couldn't do it yesterday... celebrating the progress the programme is bringing.

I can't even begin to explain how much I needed this today. "We had thought that when we started we were teaching our bodies to perform postures, and now we see that the postures our teaching us. We are being taught patience. Our ego is being humbled.We are learning the end is nothing, the act is everything. The PRACTICE is EVERYTHING." Thank you Lesley. I have started this challenge a few times before from 2015 until now and never got past day 30. There was always something "more important" to do. This same attitude led me to abandon a whole bunch of personal projects the thought of which makes me feel guilty and weighs me down. So, I decided to change things this year and finish all of the passion projects that I had given up in the name of "more important" things and this yoga challenge is one of them.
I cannot express the absolute pure joy I felt today when I decided to trust the process and myself to actually attempt the hand stands...and it worked! I used to skip those because I had this idea that I'd never be able to do hand stands, head stands, shoulder stands etc. even though I've always wanted to feel the freedom of being able to do things like that with my body. Letting go of that limiting belief feels fantastic! I had to pause the video and take some time to laugh with excitement. I couldn't stop smiling with all my heart for the rest of the workout.
Thank you Lesley for being one of my companions on this beautifully liberating personal journey. I am eternally grateful for what you do and the way you do it. Namaste <3

I know this video is about 5 years old and I dont normally comment, but wow this video (and all your others) are so amazing! I hope you see this and know how wonderful you are!! Also thank you for finally helping me get and hold crow pose, keep up the good work :)

I had no idea I was in even capable of doing anything but crow pose for a couple seconds but i could do all of these! They didn't look that pretty, but it was still progress! Thank you so much Leslie for this 90 day fix! :)

It just occurred to me that the most empowering part of this class was having to scroll down all the videos marked "watched" before I even GOT to this one!  I'm currently in a place where I'm doing a lot of emotional healing, and this 90 day series has been my saving grace.  Not going to lie - arm balances still scare the begeezus out of me, but if there's anyone who can help me through it, you can.  Thank you Lesley!

I felt disheartened because I wasn’t able to do any of the arm balancing moves. But scrolling through the comments made me realize that not everyone is able to do it on their first try, or second, or third, or, well you get the idea :). Hopefully I’ll be able to do one of those one day!

I am so happy! I was able to do side crow on both sides for the first time after so many tries. There is still a long journey to a beautiful crow.... but at least I know I can do it! Thanks a lot Leslie!

Wauw, I'm feeling a very significant shift in week three. It's no longer about having to do yoga every morning, it's about WANTING to do yoga every morning. My days are much more balanced and calm, and my energy levels more stable when I do the practise.
Yesterday you made me cry with your words of wisdom. It's starting to go very deep, this yoga thing :)
I can't thank you enough for this 90 day sequence. This is gold!

Adrie Young I'm glad you liked the class.  I'm not sure what is going on with your soreness.  It could just be muscle soreness from working hard, but if you find that you're experiencing pain during the practice, take it easy and skip anything that doesn't feel right. xx
