Thanks! I once tried selling canvases on etsy. I made about 80 of them. No-one had ever told me that it´s ME who has to pay... so I had to pay 20 dollars to remove the fxxking store all together as nobody was buying. This is actually great, in countries with non U$ currencies it might be a good option, once I used an website with ads download and got around 30 to 50$ per month which was great since converting to BRL is like 1$ to 4.90 R$, almost 5 times the amount.

I tried making photo's with AI images in January and have averaged around $1 a month with 62 images.If you are making $32 a month with 43 images YOU ARE AN OUTLINER. Having got such pitiful returns I decided to research on how much the average joe was making and The average ROI on stock photography is $0.02 per image per month, and not every image is going to sell. most won't. Typically around 20% of your images will pull in 80% of the total revenue you make.

I wish I never tried AI stock photography. It has been a huge waste of time and when you add in the $60 a month you need to pay for midjourney and private messaging (so people can't steal your images), AI stock photography for the average person is in no way worth it... and certainty not a get rich quick scheme.

To anybody reading this considering AI art, I would advise you to really sit down and take into account that most likely you will not be one of these "outliner" guys making 100s times more than the typical person makes.

average returns is 0.02 per image per month (which factors in most images you produce won't get downloaded)

personally speaking these kinds of returns arn't worth my time and im currently trying something else instead... where the AVERAGE returns are far greater. Sometimes you just gotta be realistic and pay attention to what the average person is making, and not the because the odds of you being an outliner are slim..

Yeah I too have earned some cash in stock sites with ai images. You don’t need multiple accounts though, just use the same one. I think the method to making good money is to just have a TON of listings. AI images also take like a month to get accepted. It will def take time, so it isn’t some get rich quick crap, but it’s free to list so a good way to make passive income, especially if you find a niche that makes good money.
