I was planning on skipping this campaign because I thought this ship was kind of redundant to what is already in my port but this has piqued my curiosity. I didn’t realize just how good the secondaries were on this thing. It also has better torp angles than the Odin which is a nice bonus.

I wish I had a second brawling BB commander because I love my Ciliax build on my Odin and that is my most played ship atm. I always forget to switch things around. It would be great if builds saved to the ship and not to the commander but alas, that’s something we’ve been waiting for forever.

I have Hipper, instead, as the primary (The Brandenburg is kinda boring to play with Ciliax) with Madden and di Revel. I’ve been getting very good games out of it. Though I’ve been also using von Essen in place of Madden and getting great results as well.

However, the spotting plane is ok but it’s not the best choice for this ship and frankly that option takes away the excitement of the Brandenburg.

The secondary booster allows the Brandenburg’s full secondary potential to be unleashed. This ship may have the best secondaries in the game right now.

It’s also possible to get the secondary range out to approximately 11.5 km or even higher using one of the ARP commanders as an inspiration.

if you love secondary builds but really don't want to give up the extra heals, the question to ask yourself is: how often do i get to use all 5? how often do i get sent back to port, with extra heal in my pocket, on cooldown?

As soon as i got this ship, i went balls deep in secondaries, first few battles all exceeding 150 secondary hits, last one i did had 150k damage with 388 secondary hits LMAO

Got the Brandy yesterday and really enjoying that predator. First game 97k damage and lotsa fun. Really fast and agile ship, I like it a lot.
Definitely worth the grind through the campaign.

Only just unlocked this after not spending any money other than on admiral backing, built into range/dispersion of the main battery, still got a 10km secondary range with 2.6/3.1s reload. Play it like an Alaska that becomes very dangerous the longer the game goes on, pushing in towards the second half as long as you have got health.

I don't normally like German BBs and don't play Tier 7 that much, but I am enjoying rolling out in the Brandenburg even with only a Lv13 Hipper build. It is kind of fun watching DDs disintegrate because they think they have caught you with your guns pointed in the wrong direction.

You talked about radar cruisers at one point. When I play DD I ping the radar cruisers so the BBs shoot at them and I rarely get results. I wish more people tried to learn the game more and develop strategies.

Rear guns of justice coming in for the Kracken haha very nice Tbull!! Looking forward to this one, and she has a really nice top speed. I think I'll stick with my Hyde build for this ship, with Von Hipper and Al Scharnhorst. Won't get secondaries out to 11kms plus but I'll be content with around 10 or so.

I got the Brandenburg yesterday and built it out with a secondary build and it is a beast. A range of 10 kilometers for secondary guns in WOW Legends is something to see.

Great game, TBull! I used to run fully secondaries on Bismarck but then went to a hybrid and did much better. With Brandenburg though, I might give full secondaries another shot. I guess I have a few weeks before I need to worry about that.
