Great vid! I sometimes struggle with patients who have been having consistent headaches and I may not be concerned enough to get imaging, but I know I will likely order it eventually for their peace of mind... sometimes ordering the test is more for the patients mental health than my concern. It’s a fine line!! Of course I’m talking in primary care though, not the ED.

Thanks for another great video! I will definitely be using the SIING-CAM mnemonic! I'm currently on rotations and just had a patient in clinic today with a headache. Headaches are very commonly seen whether in clinic, UC, or the ED... So this was a nice refresher! Thanks Katelyn! : )

This video was great! also good to remember post op for spine surgery patients who have headaches increased with sitting or standing may have a spinal cord leak. something to check for :)
