*6.* Love yourself. Forget about past regrets. Move forward to the future. Create new memories.

The cycle of trauma depression seems to never stop! It repeats itself and there you go stuck within a cycle. I come to find myself with hallucinating thrive with selfless content harming myself. I believe I'm now finally free fighting off the depression and suppressing its nature. Until there upon another traumatic event appears. Losing someone dear to me causes the trauma to repeat itself with depression soaking in within my boundaries again. This time I am very vulnerable and weak, no longer able to fight this depression of mine off again and succumbing to the possessive intent of harming myself again. Then I realize my actions of trying and forcefully to harm and end myself from this world hurts the most thing I love most. My Family! My biggest Supporters in this world. The dearest and most warmth place I've only remembered within the 5 years of mental illness. Whenever my mental phases relapse, I tend to always remember the tears and pain I put on within those close to me when I'm to blind and to stuck within my actions of depression. The pain I cause I don't want to repeat, and I want to go beyond these depressing stages and be happy and bring happiness wherever I am. From now on my battle of my mental stages is to stay alive and keep my family out of reach of pain and tears of sorrow. I've finally found my reason to live, although I may have falter from my path. I will still continue to fight for those who love me and to those who help me during my worst stages of mental health. Although we are all clueless within what the future holds. I wish we all reach it to all together and stay happy within peace and be all together until the very end.

Edit: This song and anime are very dear and touches home to me in very similar ways. I'm glad and very thankful still being here.

I can't believe I once hated Suwa. I hated him bcz I thought he would stand between Kakeru and Naho, and bcz he got married to Naho in a different How stupid I was!!! Sorry my boy. I grew up and now he's my favorite!
