Now you can load a vst2 64 bit version as an instrument with MIDI in. You can instantly control it with the modwheel or any other selected CC that way.

I love that you gave the option to change the cutoff modulation and filter cutoff. A lot of developers wouldn't give the option to do that, but it's so cool to hear the grainy digital sound when it's all the way up! Thanks for your hard work.

It seems great!! I also use reaper and was wondering are there any proper tutorials on how to set this up using automation? Does it have go be on its own track or is it loaded onto a track with something already on it?

Great idea. Some suggestions if I may?


Limit the parameter ranges so that the sound stays in "scratching territory". Maybe even limit the number of available parameters (people like simple stuff and are easily overburdened when there is too much choice).


Instead of a horizontal scratch bar rather implement a vertical one (the vertical movement is more natural for scratching). Maybe even allow to use the MIDI modwheel for operating the scratch parameter.


Also, have a look at Cableguys Shaperbox / Timeshaper - it has a very similar concept, but adds clever graphical automation of the parameters. Since no idea is original, I think it's fair to at least see how others are doing it.

Reaper doesn't see them, even after clearing cache and rescan. It continues to show in the plugins that weren't scanned. I noticed you use Reaper. Can *you* currently load your plugin? If so, how?

Il really like this plugin. Great work! But I'm wondering: How should I assign the modulation wheel to the scratch slider? I use the plugin as an audio insert on a track. What do I miss?
