$2, 000 for an efficiency apt there and the landlord wonders why he can't keep it rented out. Rents are too high. And if you assume every homeless person is a drug addict then you're ignorant. I was homeless living a van for 2 yrs and I'm neither a drug addict nor a user.

This is coming from a la native...Crenshaw blvd looks so different today...about 10 to 15 years ago it was lots of street activity, now it's changed dramatically with the gentrification & the addition to the new housing being built, but no neighborhood or streets stay the same forever thts just the way it is💯
