Temu Stole My Product From Small Business

Im not that upset about them taking my listing but I am worried if they do this to more products from other businesses as well. It takes a lot of time to brainstorm products, design them, test them, and hours for photos and listing.

Just to clarify a bit more - I’m more upset about the images that were stolen. I remember how long it took to make those pictures look amazing and it’s unfortunate they are using them to sell my product. They also aren’t changing the design or offering faster shipping or better prices than my company which isn’t good for customers :( if you’re interested in my tunnel check them out on Wildpetsupply.com where they are almost half the price from Temu!

Unfortunately, this is one of the risks, even when you don't sell. Have a nice drawing you made that gets a few hundred views? Yep, someone will sell it.

I have seen so many things on there, and elsewhere, that should not be but there is no real way to stop it all. In one case a 3D print from 7 years ago, a dice tower which I know the creator does not allow commercial, was offered by 14 different stores on there and even countless more on Etsy (No, they didn't license the model). Heck, even a "small business" YTer I used to watch has said to do this because of "less chance being caught by small businesses." Talk about disheartening.

I would advise you to just keep doing you, and put your focus where it is needed most, because these little mosquitos never seem to go away.
