Weird Noise On 6048 KHz Shortwave Radio

Anyone know what this noise could be from? Around 6048khz, detectable from 6047 to 6049khz. Wondering if it could be some kind of data noise. There seem to be small breaks in it, as well as voice in the background. Tecsun PL-600
