Need to correct the M&M's example.
You said you needed the M&M's before the cookies, therefore the M&M's are first.
When in actuality, you need hot cookies first, then the cold M&M's are dropped into them.
Regardless, you need the cookie ingredients first, the batter made and raw cookie dough formed before the M&M's.
You don't cook much, do you?
