Death is a cosmic entity, the embodiment of death and decay of all living things. She lived on Earth as the original Green Witch under the name Rio Vidal, and started a relationship with Agatha Harkness. Nearly three centuries later, Death freed Harkness from a spell she had been placed under by Scarlet Witch and sent the Salem Seven, a coven with a grudge against Harkness, after her. Later, Vidal was summoned to the Witches' Road by Harkness and her coven, who had escaped the Seven when they attacked, as a replacement green witch. Death came into conflict with Harkness on the Road because she wanted to claim the soul of Billy Maximoff, who had violated the natural order. The tension came to a head in a vicious duel, during which Harkness sacrificed herself to Death to save Maximoff.

Death, as Vidal, met a witch named Agatha Harkness, who learned about her true identity. The two fell deeply in love, with Harkness being responsible for supplying Vidal with many deaths, much to her delight. Agatha Harkness became pregnant, and when she went into labor, Death arrived to collect her son, as he was not supposed to live. Harkness saw Death and told her that she would hate her forever if she took her child away from her. However, despite how much she did not want to do it due to how much it would hurt her love, Death stated that she could only give Harkness more time with her son, before disappearing.

After six years, Death returned for Nicholas Scratch, as his time was up. While he was asleep next to Agatha Harkness, Death appeared once Scratch died, silently signaling him to come with her. Scratch got up, but Death told him to say goodbye to his mother first, so Scratch kissed Harkness' forehead. Death then took Scratch's hand and guided him as they walked away.

Agatha All Along is an American web television series, based on the Marvel Comics supervillain of the same name. The series is a spin-off of and sequel to WandaVision. It is the twenty-fourth television series in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and the tenth installment of Phase Five. The series is produced by Marvel Television and was released on Disney+. The first and only season premiered on September 18, 2024 and concluded on October 30, 2024.

The infamous Agatha Harkness finds herself down and out of power after a suspicious goth teen helps break her free from a distorted spell. Her interest is piqued when he begs her to take him on the legendary Witches' Road, a magical gauntlet of trials that, if survived, rewards a witch with what they’re missing. Together, Agatha and this mysterious teen pull together a desperate coven, and set off down, down, down The Road…

Agatha Harkness was a witch from Salem, Massachusetts, who was accused of practicing dark magic by her own coven during the Salem witch trials. She later gave birth to her son Nicholas Scratch, who was born sick and frail, and initially lived a quiet life with him, killing witches every once in a while to steal their powers, until he died from his illnesses. Having created the tale of the Witches' Road with Nicholas prior to his death, Harkness was approached by numerous witches who sought the Road and tricked them into joining her in a coven only to later provoke them into attacking her to steal their powers, repeating this for many centuries.

Over three hundred years later, she sensed the presence of chaos magic radiating from the Westview Anomaly created by Wanda Maximoff. Unfazed by her thrall over the population of Westview, Harkness became obsessed with harnessing Wanda's magic. Living under the pretense of the WandaVision sitcom, she stole Ralph Bohner's house and undertook the guise of Agnes, Wanda's "nosy neighbor," all the while interfering with Wanda's idyllic paradise to her own benefit. Upon discovering that Wanda was the Scarlet Witch, Harkness was defeated and stripped of her magical abilities, indefinitely condemned to live out her life as Agnes O'Connor in Westview.

Do you all see it? Do you see the difference? What made iron Man? Robert Downey Jr.'s calls on the character on his character what mean the MCU so good with the actors decisions with their characters. Letting them have as much rein as they can have over them really makes a difference!!
