Got an Ender-5 Pro a couple weeks ago. So far it's amazing. I've suspected for a long time that CoreXY makes the most sense. Now I'm sure.

I'm doing this modification right now! I ran the HMG5 first in a bowden configuration, now I'm running it in DD. I'm converting to BMG and printing the mount as I write this. I love the versatility of the system. My question is about the pancake stepper, can you explain how you wired the it to the printer? Everything has been plug and play, but I'm not sure if I have to get a whole set of plugs for this one connection, or if I have to cut off the existing plug and solder to that. And if so.. how do I figure out which wires to solder. They are all black coming from the printer.
Edit: I also had that same turbine fan cover but it whistled so I removed it.
