i guess mosfet have higher switching frequency and lesser power consumption bcz of voltage control but more losses in power side due to high on state resistance (generally 0.55 ohms).

and BJT have higher losses in gate circuit due to current control but is efficient in power side as on state voltage drop is small. but its frequency is lesser than mosfet

Useless question from a practical pov. Just like every other upsc interview these days. Go ask an Analog design engineer this question and he will laugh at you. Bich me ek line banake advantage disadvantage likhna tha to teacher banna tha.
