As someone who has created marketing campaigns both in-house and as an employee at an agency, I know there are so many levels of approval that an ad campaign needs to go through that it is inconceivable that no one saw this and did not raise an issue at least one point in the process if not many points.

This is called, damage control. Anybody believing this brand is suing because they didn't mean it is out of their mind. Had the ad went through and they got a tiny backlash, not too much a say so, there would be no scolding and no suing. But they want to distance themselves from the issue and make it seem like it wasn't them but someone who they associated with. We aren't dumb here.

I appreciate your commentary. It’s weird that they claim they never saw any problem with this ad/image.

I think one of the issues we are having is with language. We need to be quite specific and call children, children. Using terms such as young people blurs out the fact that we are discussing children.

With all due respect you're an attorney. Why is it so difficult to accept that there are people who are not only indifferent to others, but they relish the thought of doing any kind of harm to another --especially the vulnerable. They're not insane. There's nothing wrong with their brains. They are just wired differently. Make no mistake. They are predators. I watch so many videos of people twisting themselves into knots to explain the mindset of the predators. There is nothing to explain. Even the mindset of the photographer gives one pause. For him gun ownership is much worse than the exploitation of children. That's pretty much what he said. These people are sellouts. They won't lose sleep over the abuse of children. They just shrug their shoulders and say "Oh well."

The Balenciaga stylist and creative manager have demonstrated over and over again their sadism. People call it art. Sure, it's demonic art for demonic people in their world. The question is what is "our world" and what can we do to keep the predators out? Make no mistake the world cannot contain both groups. The role of the predator is to destroy. If people don't start waking up, we will cede what is left of our world to the demented horror of the world of the soulless predator. I wouldn't even accept a glass of water from these people.
