For UK citizens, no tourist visa is required for periods of 90 days in any period of 180, which is the same as in the Schengen area.

Informative video! Few questions: 1) During the one year of touristic residency can I freely travel in and out of Turkey? 2) After buying a property (for less than USD 250k) and becoming a resident, what if I step out for more than 6 months, does the count start from ZERO when I return to Turkey? 3) In this case, would my wife & kids still be entitled for citizenship if they have been living in Turkey without any interruptions for five years?

Please make video on the subject of after buying citizenship what things investors have to face in future, for example, investors son has to do Army training with complete details like if we don't want to do Army training what is the way out, and another thing if investors rent out the properties, and investor go back to their first country for long time in his absence who will take care of the properties issues, like after one year investor has to pay income taxes, baladia tax, again insurance of the apartment, after one year if the tenets leave the apartment who will again rent the apartment, and what will be the charges, etc etc. if we sale after three years what are the taxes, how much money investor have to give you again as a commission, how to remove block on property which they blocked for three years. Etc etc

One thing that is not mentioned about the residency is the tax implications. Turkey taxes nationals (if you are looking at citizen by investment) or if you are resident more than 6 months in a year - on your world wide income, not just Turkish income.
"Individuals resident in Turkey are liable for income tax on their worldwide income but non-resident individuals are liable for income tax only on income earned in Turkey. Turkish nationals are deemed to be tax resident unless they have evidence of residence abroad. Foreigners are regarded as resident if they stay in Turkey without interruption for more than six months in a calendar year, other than for reasons of imprisonment or assignments for specific and temporary projects."

Alright, before I ask my question I would like to appreciate the variety of topics which you guys are covering in every episode with full transparency. Now my question is can I get or how can I get Residence Permit for my parents and me instead of my spouse and children by investing in property less than 250k USD in Turkey? (I am a single person living my parents in India)

So, what I gather from this is, if I am a social security retiree and I want to live in Turkey for more than one year I must BUY a property, I can't rent. Correct?

I am about to join my friends in Turkey. I have a yacht and will sail there in the next few months. I intend to obtain residency primarily as tourist but live aboard the yacht in the marina with 1 or 2 year annual contract(s). early in this video you said tourist visa not being Am I still going to be able to come and stay in Turkey??
