Five years ago. Grimes was 28. HANA was 27. 2016 was when they had first started collaborating together, and their friendship would only become stronger from that point on. She was also working with Grimes' younger brother Mac Boucher, which he would often co-direct many of his older sister's music videos just as well. HANA would also start working alongside and co-producing with her future boyfriend BloodPop, too. This is about two years before Grimes and Elon Musk would even start becoming romantically involved.

It's nice to see this concert and the Art Angels album world tour. With the way that things have become in the present five years later, I don't think that Grimes and HANA will ever be able to do this again. It will never be like it was before from now on. 😔
