Cool little clip. I usually run my 1/8 bits at 60-80ipm with a depth of .06. I run mine waaayyy conservative but I am ok with that.

Just remember on shipping costs to also factor in supplies like packaging, labels and tape. It all adds up and it’s easy to start loosing money by not accounting for those as well. Love this project and I might have to make some for gifts this Christmas season!

I ordered the scoop Stl but being brand new to CNC need to know did you do the bowl cut separate of the rest of it. I need more info. May order more of your stuff if I can figure this stuff out

Hey, first, any tips for batching these out? I bought your file on your website. I plan on doing them for a market I have coming up in a couple months. Also, how deep did you go with the bowl bit?

What is your ideal grain orientation for this scoop? I would think the grain should run down the long length of the scoop… ?

Ham - I just reviewed this project again ( I bought all 3 paks early on) as I'm getting ready to make this coffee scoop/clip. To be fair I think you have to add finishing time to the cost/profit margin, because finishing 66 of these would probably take a day. Loving the series, great idea and some really nice products!
