Authortube Newbie Tag 2.0 [CC]

I’m joining in the Authortube Newbie Tag 2.0 by doing a little tour around Toronto showing you some of the settings in my debut novel while answering the questions. I’m so excited to be part of the community and looking forward to getting to know more authortubers.

My #BlackWitchesBook coming out from Simon Pulse in 2021 is set in a future version of Toronto where I live, so I thought it would be fun for the authortube newbie tag to show you all around the city. I love this tag because I’m able to share a bunch about myself but also have the opportunity to meet new people in the community also doing the tag. Welcome from a fellow newbie that also did the Authortube Newbie tag! Witch stories are always great, like always. Also, wow that is a great conflict, like low-key jealous. Also that was a much better pitch than what I had for my video lol
In my Historical-Fantasy that I’m writing for Camp Nano, I’m focusing more on like fantasy rather than the history side. The History part is cool but it’s only really there because it takes place in the past, so I did minimal research for it just because I already know a lot won’t be required.
I looove Alexa Donne’s videos! So I totally feel you when it comes to being inspired by her.
I think we are like the opposite, I love world building, and I’m like trash at voice so far with my writing.
