This is true. Because though shark gives insane defense and shield, angel has a insane stun that basically cancels out your moves if you even try to get close. That 0.5 seconds of stun is more than enough to get you in a one shot combo. Shark's ability to lower your defense is good, but angel's stun is way better since it basically gives you multiple openings and you can avoid shark so long you run.

Since there are Conflicting Viewpoints in the Comments, let me make it easier for you guys to understand.
Angel Won Overall as a Race (there is a separate pvp category for that in the edit). Obviously Angel will be better Overall as its both good for grinding/farming, good for pvp and good for raids while Shark is more of Just a PVP "defensive" race.
However, like I have said in the comments before, some points on the categories should of gone to the other, e.g. Hax fully goes towards shark instead of >= and PVP should be equal as they are both equally good.

Remember, Overall, it all depends on the user so it doesnt really matter in the end and overall these edits are mainly (majority of the time) based of the points each get and which one gets more so in the end I can't make every edit a tie or lean over to the other side cause some ppl say they've beaten that race or fruit with that thing; everyone has a different skill level and playstyle so it doesnt matter.

Also, I want the Shark meat riding to stop, Shark is not Invincible Guys, it can be beaten, I've seen high bounty and skilled players lose to mink, human and even angel users in a proper full on 1 on 1 so don't think cause of it's invincibility shield it makes it unkillable.

The Reason why Angel v4 is better because u can just bait shark users to use their v3 and when they use they're V4 use Venom with cyborg v4 or angel v4 of human v4, venom is the perfect counter for Shark v4 users because of the poison dmg
