Hello, I went to "Content", then clicked "video", then i clicked on "edit" but there is no "monetization". Hence, that was the end. It did not work for me. Thank you.

Both your suggestions are a even tried YouTube's instructions....there is no way i can turn off the ads from running....this is a brand new channel and I want to focus on NO - ADS on any of my videos...Got any suggestions ?

none of my videos are monetized, but i sometimes get ads. what do you got for that because the word monetization is not in my selection.

I believe this video is just wrong. Starting November 18th, 2020, YouTube began running ads on some creators’ videos, whether or not they want ads. Additionally, under the new terms, Youtube does this without providing them with a portion of any ad revenue because they’re not big enough to be enrolled in its Partner Program. In other words, you have no choice--if you post on YouTube, they run ads on your stuff (may not be true for partner program, true for everyone else)
