Midnight 15" is a superstar. Despite the issue of the fingerprint, the dark colours help me concentrate on work especially paired with the dark theme.

Space Grey for me. I like mine in a balanced light and dark shade. And for me it looks more solid in appearance.

I think I would go with the midnight 15 inch mac, Im not really sure why since I might get annoyed with all the finger prints, I just think the midnight is really cool and it just stands out to me the most.

I owned Midnight for a while but then switched to Silver and couldn’t be happier. To me Midnight doesn’t as look as premium after a while. Also I love the contrast of the keyboard with Silver.

I think the silver hits different. I have the M1 MacBook Air in silver and it looks pretty from a distance. I also think the flatter lid with larger apple logo in silver makes it look more beautiful in the newer design

Silver for the win. Cool, classy, and no greasy fingerprints or paint to chip off. Plus, probably only one in ten will choose it.

People often forget about other issues with midnight colour (other than fingerprints)
First of all, I have it and it's my personal choice so I am not bashing it in any way.
BUT, when you are plugging in the usb c type connections on the left side, they can scratch and you will see a silver colour beneath the midnight.
Other colours do not have this problem.

True, the fingerprint issue on the midnight can be annoying, but then the dirt sticking to lighter-colored wires can also be very annoying. I also like the absence of contrast vs the keyboard and the screen. I just got myself the midnight! I also bought myself a half-palm cover in midnight for protection and helps avoid the fingerprint issue as well. :)

Thanks for the unboxing. My 1st choice is also silver. Having said that, I have one technical critique on your video. It's the brightness exposure level. It's too bright and it's hard to judge the true color of the laptops. The silver is almost white since it reflects so much but It should be light grey color. I'd crank it down by -1/2 to 1 stop exposure. Thanks again!

midnight looks nice in the 13inch, starlight is the preferred for the 15 inch. the silver is a timeless and classic.

People love to hate on the notch, but coming from a 2015 MacBook Air, it makes total sense to me. The notch is a conscious and functional design choice with the new Macs. It allows the user to open the MacBook up, without getting smudges on the rest of the screen due to the super thin bezels.

The feet on the new MacBook Airs are horrible though. It constantly slides forward when I want to open it one handed (As a Mac should be opened with that premium Apple hinge).

Silver looks relatively natural. Of course, if the current MacBook Air or MacBook Pro is also silver, you might as well try others, which are also good choices. Thanks for the review guys.
