They sit in warehouses before they’re on shelves. Just because it has dust doesn’t mean it’s been sitting out for customers for long

That’s because Costco has a very similar product but it’s marked as organic extra-virgin olive oil, and it sells for cheaper but what you need to look at is the source of the olive oil the organic one comes from multiple countries versus the non-organic that is all from Italy, the non-organic one while more expensive and not organic is actually the better safer bet since the organic one with multiple country sources listed might not be truly 100% olive oil

Could be cardboard box shavings from the warehouse. I worked at FedEx and practically everything had some kind of dirt or dust on it

Honestly that’s how you know there is dust in the area around the product. You have to look at the turn over rate and demand on the product to determine it’s cycle. Dust is everywhere and settles on any thing. This is an ignorant statement
