Thank you so much for allowing me to see this Didgeridoo sound healing session. It is the most fascinating form of healing I have ever watched and I was mesmerised by the hypnotic sounds of the Didgeridoo. And of course it is all thanks to your breathing, into the Didgeridoo...and keeping that breath going...I have stood close to a Didgeridoo when being played and the intensity of that vibrational sound really does touch every aspect of your entire being. We were offered the opportunity to have a go at playing a Didgeridoo at a festival I went to, but being shy then, I declined. I am from the US and have no aboriginal heritage from any country as far as I know. However, I am into meditation for healing and spiritual purposes, and I am discovering beautiful things from cultures all over the world. If find sounds of the didgeridoo one of the most beautiful. I am by no means anywhere near adept at any spiritual practice, but I’ve become more and more interested in, and drawn to, Yogic practices, Buddism, and Hinduism.
