I think the hardest thing is knowing 46 years goes by, life goes on for your friends and relatives. People will grow up, marry, have kids you'll never meet, parents, siblings, even your kids may pass, and you can't even go to their funeral. People will get too busy, visit less and less, and then don't visit at all. The world is evolving and you're just frozen in time.

Man I can't imagine how depressing spending Christmas in prison must be. I don't think I'd even want this kind of meal, I'd just want to pretend it wasn't Christmas.
