I am a goalie as well and one game I had a puck stuck in my equipment, it fell out I stepped on it, tripped and fell down, then tried to get back up and stepped on it again, then used me arm to get back up and my glove landed on the puck and I slid back down onto the ice, then my team went and scored 😂😂
