You should definitely buy one of these. I was genuinely surprised by how well it runs.

Thanks for watching!

Thanks from Russia. I use this ZVS also and bought it for 6 USD with free shipping.

I pushed my driver I got off amazon to 30V and a little more than a dozen amps, and the MOSFETS were basically fine, only warm. It’s incredible how we can build massive and super intricate circuits to drive fly backs, but there’s always an Asian who is better than you

I used one with 32V . The flyback transformer had an Center tab so 3 pins to connect . The interesting thing is that the transformer blew up before the mosfets did.

I got a ZVS from China for the same price and because I was the first buyer they even offered me a free flyback transformer!

If you can get your hands on an old crt mini size the tiny flyback is far more terrifying than the regular size ones

It may be the inductor network you chose. Incorrectly sized inductors will result in blown fets. Also poorly designed caps is a massive ZVS downfall.

Odd how you've had such bad luck with homemade drivers, mine have always been very messy and I've never had one failure. I think you need a power supply with a fast rise time or else it makes the circuit latch up.

With the -12v and 12v from a pc Power supply it Works great!!

Idk why your homemade zvs drivers blow up that often, i have never had that problem even when running on 42V input.

Hello i have the same zvs driver but mine was dead after like 1 minute of making sparks with a flyback. Can someone explain what killed my zvs driver? I made like 3 sparks and while driver was on (it was on but i was not making sparks at the moment) i saw a little blink and suddenly my driver was shorted. I powered it from 12V DC 50W power supply. I don't know what about the fets but diodes are dead. Can someone explain why it happened?

Hi i have the same zvs but nothing will be hot. The coil has the diameter of a 18650 battery, 10 windings, and the coil is alminium. The voltage is 20v and the ampere is 4a
Why it doesnt work? Thx?

What else beside this board do i need, to make Sparks/an induction heater?

Components are much cheaper here in india
Resistor and diodes cost 1 to 5₹ and irfp260n costs 70₹ (1$~)

Werry smart to do that in the carpet-place

At about timestamp 0:40 you state two 47 Ohm resistors...did you mean 470 Ohm??
THANKS MUCH!!!

Building one is quite simple....I don't know about ur place..but in my country...I built the whole driver for only 3$ ...and it runs like a charm.😎

I got one of these, hooked it to a makita 18v 3ah battery and popped a couple things. I know nothing about electronics but still don’t know why it broke, specs for the battery tell me I didn’t overload it but again, idk anything

Is it possible to set frequency, such as 20 ~ 50 khz using that module? Is it possible to get feedback to monitor the output?
