Esthetician here. Micro needling on active acne is a very big issue. Acne scars yes, but the acne needs to be treated first. ❤

If I had just got my face micro needled over active acne to the point where it was bleeding and then had a sheet mask put on afterwards, I know my skin would be BURNING. That being said, I can’t even imagine how she felt. 😢😭 Although, she may have less sensitive skin than mine.

Never use micro needling on active acne! This is something that should be fixed first and everybody who works in that industry should say NO and come back! 🤦🏼♀️

I can't even watch this without hurting. I have VERY sensitive skin of my face plus Rosacea (not a bad case, but it can still give me fits and flair up to the point where I cannot wear makeup or stand ANYTHING to be applied; i just have to let it go for a day.) It can flair up if i wash my face a *little* to hard so i gotta be careful. I honestly dont know how her face was not BLOOD RED after all that (especially the apples of her cheeks). And when the doctor took the mask off and rubbed it on her chin, i literally had to look away. Anyway, the whole point of me saying this is to say "wow, this chick is brave to do that with acne" because, dang, i could never! Ouch!
