I just got my machine after you answered my question on a previous post! Thank you for your advice!! I am so very excited!!! Finally taking my next step!! Upgraded from an old cheap delonghi that I basically did whatever I could with (proudest moment was to get a 30 sec shot with 14 in and 28 out!!).

The BWT bestcup water filter adapter is no longer compatible with the water tank. The newer water tanks have no metal piece inside it so there's nowhere for the BWT bestcup filter adapter to plug into.

Just pulled my first shot from my Go and am super happy with it. Great pull. Excited about getting more consistent pulls. Coming from a Gaggia Classic Pro. Love the temp adjustments, built in timer, and pressure adjustments. And it just looks soooo good ;)

This machine does NOT work with the BWT Bestcup M filter shown at 3:50. I took the advice in the video and bought this, only to realize when I tried to install that it no longer fits. The product page mentions at the bottom that it doesn't work since the 2024 update to the machine.

I just got mine yesterday so perfect timing for this! Mine also came with this roughly 8 inch clear tube and I didn't see it in your unboxing and not sure where that's supposed to go. And also thank you for clarifying that wrapping on the drip tray and the portafilter not going in at 6 o clock right away because I was confused about that

So, every time you pull a shot than steam, you have to perform a flush? If so, that means a lot of water will be used. I normally pull at least 6 shots a day, so I'll be using a lot of water if I buy this machine.

To add 4-5 oz. of water to the Expresso for a regular coffee could you just clean the puck out of the portafilter, replace it and just add water by repeating the brew cycle rather than changing to the back flush disk and having it come out the steam wand?

So why the basket not fits in the porta filter??? There’s always a gap.
Also the top of the water tank what you put there on top makes always a lot of noises while brewing

Great Video! Does the Profitec GO have a 3-Way Solenoid Valve? The Manual doesn't mention it but some stores have it listed as a feature.

I am very happy with my Profitec Go, 6 months old. It has been very dependable and consistent. Got a second portafilter for the blind basket to live in -best accessory- and use it to refill the boiler after steaming and to clean with Cafiza. I am trying to not descale by using good treated water, time will tell.
Only criticism is there is no sight glass for water level. I put a green plastic straw in the tank so I can see the top of the water as I refill and don’t flood my bar. (I also received an 8” thick plastic tube that I don’t know its function.)

Is that Profitec gauge mounted wonky? The writing on it seems slightly askew compared to the base.

How would you make a "Tall Coffee" also know as "Americano" where you have the espresso 2 ounces and about 4~5 ounces of hot water?
There is no dedicated water "feature" button by the looks of it, I know it can be done but what is the best way to do so?

I have a problem when steaming where the frothing pitcher will be very hot from the steam but the milk will not be hot enough for drinking.I have to steam twice to get the milk to the right temp.

Based on your website, it looks like you do not recommend the Best Cup filter with the Profitec Go? I purchased a Profitec Go from Whole Latte Love in December of 2023… should I go with another water filter then?
