In this video I go over using internal range liquidity (IRL) and external range liquidity (ERL) to get a higher time frame bias. I then use a lower time frame change in the state of delivery (CISD) to get entry. I use the CISD and propulsion blocks as entry functions. Access to the PDF below!

We all trade various parts of the cup and handle pattern. ICT just gives it's various parts a name.

I really couldn't identify a cup and handle before I studied ICT. Now it pops out like a store thumb.
