What throws most people off is that most people's brains visualise the letter A with a pointed top, not a flat one and hence why they struggle. You have to cringe at all the clowns in the comments claiming they got it straight away. Statistically speaking, it is not possible for this many people to solve it straight away, we all know people lie in YT comments but it is still cringe to see it.

It's as simple as
1: Move from the perspective where it seems to be 100 to exactly opposite of it so that it appears 001
2:From the 001 perspective, pick the vertical pencil on the right side of the first 0 and place it horizontally on top of the last number which is the single(1) pencil forming the word COT.
3: From the COT, push the horizontal pencil at the bottom of the Zero in the word COT upwards a bit such that the 0 will now become A forming the word CAT. It's as simple as that.

The real solution is, you pick up one of the pencils and write the word Cat.
