2:53 Driving an STI infects your mind, so you can't avoid driving like an STI owner.

The pops and bangs are just part of the experience, driving a Subaru should give you PTSD.

Sport and Sport sharp only adjust the throttle response, not the suspension.

I will never understand the desire for constant pops and bangs from the exhaust.

This Prime Driven WRX STi sounds PERFECT! Like this is ideal!

What flavor vape juice does this Subaru smell like?

The Si Drive does NOT affect the suspension. It is merely throttle position mapping and boost target adjustment. i Mode is for fuel economy, while S is normal, and S# has the most aggressive “tune”. (pressing the gas pedal a little gives you more actual throttle than the S mode)

With a tune, you can change the way Si Drive works. Cobb puts different target boosts in the different modes.

In dry weather, put it in S# and adjust the DCCD to “-“ which shifts power rearward.

Fun fact: Subaru used Impreza STI’s as pursuit police cars in the UK for a while.

Si drive is throttle mapping, not suspension

I put öhlins road & track coilovers on my 2015 STi and with its adjustable dampers it rides far better than it did stock. It’s a upgrade I would strongly recommend despite it being $2, 000+.

Woah what are you doing in my car Mr. Regular?

Sport sharp doesn't feel any bumpier than sport because it doesn't alter the suspension at all. In a stock car it is throttle mapping. In most aftermarket ECU flashes (Cobb, etc) it also changes the peak boost target.

Driving modes don't affect suspension. It isn't that fancy. It's pretty much throttle mapping, and that's about it.

The Forester does not have the STI transmission. I don't think the clutch is very different between the 5 speed and 6 speed transmissions. The downside is the 5 speed needs a heavier spring plate for the same torque holding as the 6 speed clutch.

If you want the transmission, you need to buy a modded one with a swap or do it yourself to get one into the Forester. I bought mine to get it, and I've been happy with it for the last 6 years. The STI transmission is a bulletproof thing which is awesome. You can't break it.

I've always been curious to how "giveaways" are legal because they are charging for entries to the contest which means making a profit on the "giveaway"

Mr. Regular’s sudden fascination and excitement about the climate control lmao

1:10 also if he’s covered these before, he should really know that switch between i, Sport and Sport# only effect the throttle response.

The I, sport, and sport sharp doesn’t change the suspension it just changes the throttle response and tune
