I hope you enjoy this lesson as much as I enjoyed making it. Typo Corrections: the Bb7 is a sub for E7, not a sub for Eb7 - it's mislabeled on the intro chords but explained correctly during the lesson at 4:23 . Second Typo: the very first B major chord, the note labeled b7 is just the root (1) 🤪. Also, Jimi was tuned down a whole step here which means his fingers were two frets higher than as shown, but I kept it like this so people can stay in standard tuning. His strings must have been super slinky like that - usually he tuned down just a half step!!!

I just want to say that this channel's videos have everything that I ever wanted when watching guitar lesson videos. This fretLive thing is INSANE! The most visually kind lesson I would say. This channel deserves more than 100, 000 subscribers. Thank you for these cool videos! I can't imagine how much effort that it took to make this single video. 👏👏👏

Jimi was the true definition of a prodigy. His entire body of work was all created before his 28th birthday and people can study it their whole lives and never master it. We’re lucky so much of it got recorded.

I'm a visual learner and this is by far the best guitar instructional channel. Another plus is you get right into the meat of the lessons. Love your format and look forward to more. Much appreciated!

Whomever breaks these licks down, doesn’t realize how important they are. I mean to planet earth. Truly that important. This is groundbreaking in my opinion.

I've been practicing the pentatonic scale so much that I can't break out of it. Seeing the notes that Jimi actually played is startlingly helpful to me. Thanks!
This is my first video watched in this channel and I love it here.
