Thanks for making this video. Although I agree that it would be great to have a data specialist involved to validate testing, smaller companies sometimes don't have the budget for it. As UX Designers, we should be getting familiar with the fundamentals of data analysis. Some of those skills include conducting a-b testing, analyzing baseline click-through rates, and visualizing heat maps.

Cristina made a great point of we need to tell clients to sell the value. The work that we do for them needs to be quick, low cost, and result in increases in click-through rates on the website or app.

Google’s Data studio is probably the closest to what I think you’re looking for. Upload screengrabs of designs and show the live data under them.

Can someone point to the template for the customer journey that Cristina said would be available to the community. Great resource and video.
