As we all know that consumers are very ignorance about their rights, therefore NGO's help them to know about their values and rights in a consumer market

b) Encouraging Consumers
NGO's also encourage consumers to file a complaint against any business enterprise if he faces any unfair trade practice rather than keeping quiet

c) Providing legal assistance
NGO's can also provide legal assistance to consumer if they face any difficulty in filing case against any unfair trade practices

d) filing case on the behalf of consumer
NGO's can also file complaint on the behalf of consumer whenever or wherever needed if they're in need of any support for taking a stand against any unfair trade practice
