So you expect some even higher graphic qualities while keeping such a high population of player in a single server in sync. That's without counting the astronomical size of the map.

I would agree with "X3WCMod" since the game does not feel finished though i would say the graphics are awesome, and so is the gameplay.

It's not about what I expect. I perfectly understand why the game looks and behaves the way it does. It's a very ambitious project, and as with all ambitious projects, there are a lot of issues on release. Boy do I know a thing or two about that (I'm a Business Information Systems student ; ) ). All I'm saying is not to be hostile towards someone who has a different opinion. There's no need for name-calling.

Yes the optimizations is a huge issue in my opinion as well. But performance and engine issues aside, another problem for me is the game design. Not the art, but the mechanics and the flow of it. I think that the game has room for A LOT of refinement, but at the same time I'm very happy that such ambitious projects are undertaken. It's a nice refresher in a COD and BF dominated world, and will keep me busy until I get my copy of Halo 4 :D

I enjoy Planetside but everything X3WCMod has said is quite valid. The game's graphics look dated, there are a lot of issues with animations, mostly caused by lag which is also a bit of an issue now. I believe this will be solved in the future though. The servers and the dev. team are under a lot of stress due to the release and the fact that it's a free game. People should not call others "Trolls" just because they have different opinion. Keep an open mind.

Beta users get a higher starting rank with there accounts also gain allot faster resourches then people who just download it ;)

To be honest, i don't insult anyone unless their words were overly stupid in my eyes and something overly stupid often means trolling. By the way, i just took a rapid look at his profile and it seems like we have a Battlefield fanboy here, he has been bashing a couple of games just to say how great Bf3 is.

Well i played the game since the open beta came out and the fluidity of the game was much better than i expected. The only thing is that it's not the best optimized game.
