A well-designed presentation with essential information of a broad array of criminal law offences. Well done! There are, however, some mistakes ( Oblique intention - the authority for that test is Woollin not Nedrick; though the former confirmed the latter with one exception in word choice *find* replaced *infer* ) ; As for Theft charge the current test for dishonesty is no more Gosh but Ivey ( however, the latter has merely modified the former by excluding its latter leg relating to whether the defendant has to subjectively appreciate that a reasonable bystander would have regarded the appropriation as dishonest ) . Now, the test is entirely objective.

Hi was wondering if a question says ‘ advise whether so and so can avoid liability for murder by using the defence of loss of control or diminished responsibility’ Do you explain and apply both or only one for a 20 marker ?
